Q: I’m new to exercise, can I still take a class at REV?

Yes, absolutely. Our knowledgeable instructors will be able to give modifications to any workout from beginner to advanced to ensure you get the most out of your time with us.

Q: Do I need any special fitness equipment or gear?

No, not necessarily. We just suggest that you wear comfortable, breathable clothing whether you are taking a class in our large group studio or an indoor cycling class. If you want to wear cycling shoes to better enhance your workout, our bikes are compatible with SPD cleats. Further, we suggest wearing a heart rate monitor that is compatible with our Performance IQ technology in our spin studio. You can wear your own or purchase one here at the studio. Q: Do you have a secure space for my personal belongings?

Yep! We have spacious lockers with digital locks that will keep your items safe and secure so you can workout worry-free!

Q: Do you have showers at REV?

We don’t at this time but we do have two very nice spacious bathrooms and two separate changing stalls, so you can freshen up after class and be on your way!

Q: Do you have childcare?

We do! Can you believe it? We have a nice room for your little ones to hang out, play and watch some tv while you sweat it out. Childcare is provided Monday – Friday 8am-11:30am. You must reserve your child’s spot in the childcare room when you reserve your spot for your class. Childcare is $2/child.

Q: How do I schedule a class?

We feel confident that you will find our online booking system most convenient for your busy lifestyle. Each Sunday evening at 5p.m., our schedule for the upcoming week will go live. You can book as many classes as you want. In order to reserve your spot in class, you must first purchase REVCredits. To see the current class schedule, click here. Q: How do I get on the waitlist?

If you try reserving a bike in a full class, you have the option of signing up for the waitlist. Once on the waitlist, you will be notified if a bike reservation becomes available via email and phone call.

In order to be on waitlist, you must purchase classes. If you are on the waitlist it is assumed that you wish to take the class. REGULAR CANCELLATION RULES APPLY. That means you must remove yourself off the waitlist by canceling 8 hours before scheduled class or you will be charged a class fee.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your reserved spot in class by 6p.m. the night before your scheduled class. If you do not cancel within this timeframe, you will be charged. There are no exceptions. You can cancel one of two ways: by logging in to your online account and or by calling the front desk. These are the only two ways that are acceptable.

Q: I’m interested in having an event at REV. Can I do that?
