Trish is an avid lifelong fitness enthusiast, not one to shy away from challenges and always looking for a fun way to stay active. After just one cycling class she was hooked on the intense cardio challenge. Her passion for fitness and love for the ride launched a career as a personal trainer and spin instructor. Becoming an instructor made Trish realize how rewarding and motivating it is helping others to dig deep to achieve their fitness goals and find their “spark.” Her love of music sets the tone of her high intensity classes and she always has her ears open for the coolest, most motivating tunes.
