On the Sunday before Thanksgiving, November 20, 2016, 178 members of REV participated in our 6 Week Transformation. Each week was broken down into a specific aspect of our lives. Some examples include: focusing on the way and what we are eating, our workouts and their intensity levels, adding meditation and affirmations into our daily lives, etc. We keep you accountable along the way – all you have to do is commit and follow through. “I am truely thankful for this REVive challenge, it came at the perfect time for me, even though the holiday season may not be associated with the best or easiest time to make healthy choices and changes. I came to REV feeling defeated and kind of hopeless 😩 being in the worst shape of my life, and from the very first workout, my whole attitude and outlook changed. I’m back in it, feeling awesome, the best I have felt in 2 years. I have also lost 2 inches on my waist and thighs, I don’t feel “full” and uncomfortable in my own skin all the time, and lost 10 pounds, all since I started REV a couple of months ago!
Getting back is the hardest part when you feel defeated so I am so blessed to have found REV at a time when I most needed it! Love it here, and I’m just enjoying the journey I’m on, looking forward to accomplishing my goal, but definitely enjoying the process along the way!

“After researching point plans, plans that involve colored containers, or plans that require extreme life changes on my journey to be a healthier me, I just knew those programs weren’t for me. I know I would have found a way to “cheat” or I would have just fizzled out with the complexity of what I had to do. Then an opportunity from REV popped into my life. I reviewed it with my “cheater’s eye” and decided there were not many areas I would need to cut corners in order to ‘survive’ the plan. I decided to go for it. It seemed simple; make changes (reasonable) to the foods I put into my body, plan realistic meals on Sunday, drink water, workout, and believe in yourself. So I did this, for the first week, and got results. Real results! I felt great. I actually made good food choices and didn’t feel deprived. I drank a ton of water. I had energy past 5:00pm. I lost actual weight – like whole pounds not just tenths of a pound! I WANTED to work out more! The part of the program I thought was a little to “hippie” for me was the affirmations. But I didn’t want to get yelled at by REV and skip it. So, I picked ‘I am in complete control of my life, what I eat, what I do, and how I feel.’ And this affirmation was what I needed to do the right things laid out in the plan.
My life is changing. I am a working professional, a mom, a wife (who’s husband travels each week), and everything else in between. My life doesn’t have any more room to be complex and that’s why I like this “challenge”. REV gave me the tools I needed to be successful in my journey to a healthier me. I accepted the challenge and my body is responding. ‘I am in complete control of my life, what I eat, what I do, and how I feel.'”
“This challenge and REV has changed the way I look at myself and fitness. I used to be scared of working out with a group of people. I was silly. The REV family (that’s what it is) has taken me in and are helping me change my life. I am 52 and finally wanted to make a change and I am so glad I did. I have only been coming to classes for almost 4 weeks and I already feel my body & soul changing inside and out. For me the challenge is a bonus. I am still getting used to the change in lifestyle and anything worthwhile is hard. I won’t lie, it is a lot to do! However, what REV teaches you is that anything is possible if you want it bad enough. I am hooked!!”
“I just want to give a shout out to the team at REV. This is one of the most inspiring groups that I have ever exercised with. Danielle’s energy and leadership is the real reason I joined the group. She is so motivating!! In one short week, I have begun to reset my eating habits. I have really focused on what I put in my mouth and have made some amazing new recipes that I would never have tried in the past!!! The motivation is truly empowering. Also, to my favorite personal trainer: Trish Loftus, who really got me into REV… best exercise decision ever!!”
